Vampire skull thing mask with a smooth inside and holes for straps. I don't have a 3D printer and ordering a print online would take too long for it to arrive in time for the challenge. So I photoshoped the 3D model onto a picture of me. It's not great but hopefully it gives an idea as to what it would look like.

Remixed from a scan of a raven skull to be a wearable mask with an articulated jaw. Well folks, well within the timeframe to print this for Halloween. This set-up is altered and remixed from several things as mentioned above. Simply print the parts (I split the mask itself into two sections in order to make printing easier and faster for those who do not want to use a ton of material on supports), paint, and assemble. Remixed this model so that it could be used as a mask. Scaled it up considerably, hollowed in meshmixer and cut off the back of the head in meshmixer. Then remeshed it so that the print was smoother...Greater polys There are two versions, one solid and the other with eye, nose and a mouth slit cut out Make sure to scale appropriately to your head.

I remixed the awesome skull mask that tart2000 posted and added the horns that yzorg made. I have a huge noggin, so I had to figure out how to resize the mask to fit my face. Turns out it's fairly easy. I used my calipers to measure my face width from the skull on either side level with my pupils. Then I uploaded the mask to tinkercad and created a tall block that wide. Finally I resized the mask so that the eye socked would end on each side a few millimeters from the edge of the block.

Custom mask for Halloween. Week 3 of my 3D printing challenge. I had my face scanned with a Kinect and Skanect. I just imported the stl of the scan in Tinkercad and placed the mask on my face. Remixed files of "Grey Wolf Specimen by University of Victoria Libraries" scans. The files are modified to be a wearable skull mask for costuming. A mask sculpted by my lady friend and printed for Halloween. She looked much better in it than I do. Along with the whole model, I've included a sliced version cut up into tiny pieces for a smaller printer. The final product was glued together with cyanoacrylate and sanded smooth with automotive primer.

Higgs' golden skull mask from Death Stranding. Sculpted in Sculptris & Blender. Looks great when printed with a gold filament. Has strap loops in the back so it can be worn, but doesn't have the best ventilation for breathing. I was able to print mine without supports on my Ender 5, but I'd recommend printing it with a brim for extra adhesion & stability during the print.

scale 270%-300%, infill gradual(thicker near the snout, thinner towards the forehead) Any higher infill will also do. You will need supports and most likely rafts I have not done a test print so please be cautious. Inside will need sanding, cutting, and padding. There is little space for hinges, so make sure to get thin hinges(I would recommend Nuke Creation's Hinges on Etsy)

Just trying to improve on someone else's work. Why the Raised cracks?? Mesh mixer doesn't have seem to have any tools that can carve or create recessed cracks. I printed my first remix of this & it shook loose from print bed after 45 hours of printing was able to glue most of it together the cheek bones are too narrow to be used as a mask also splitting the head in two looks bad when glued together, i suggest avoiding this if possible.. Sucks, but now I know what issues need to be addressed...

This is a wall hanger for my Ram Skull Mask https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3127553 I divided it into 2 pieces so it will fit on my print bed. The pieces just press together. You shouldn't need any glue. Print at .35 to save time. It won't make a difference in quality. No supports needed.

I printed this file twice without supports. Resized to 90% for me and 70% for my son. Everything angles up from the base but there are some extreme angles. If your printer is setup correctly it will work. If you have doubts, use supports. This is a large mask. It fits my average sized but extremely handsome face at 90%. Used the skull sculpt i made years ago to build a skull mask. To extract the nose area i subtracted the face of [Molly Crabapple](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9275) - thing browser wouldn't find it so i couldn't reference it. Model was tweaked on [Tinkercad](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2Aun9vqHCtj) and sized for my 9 year old daughter who has a pupil-to-pupil distance of 57mm. ( I am worried the cheek bone holows may press too much for comfort. so...

This blank mask is meant to be drawn on with a black sharpie. The 'filigree' style design should be crafted by the wearer for a more personal mask. Examples of skulls can be googled when looking for candy skull masks.

Made the Raven skull (scan?) into a mask. NOTE! You will have to scale this to fit your head. It fits my head scaled up to 115%, you might want to scale to 120% just to be safe.
